Completed venture mile-end-renovation, In this particular project we were contracted to extend to the rear of the building, re-roof and build a mezzanine within the roof space.
In addition, we were to remove all the aluminum windows and to replace them with timber.
Furthermore, we were to construct flat gauged arches above windows and plaster brick seal on the bottom, the flat gauged arches were a feature only as they were steel lentils to bear the load from above.
A large number of the external existing brick wall was replaced, bricks selected were little Hampton sand stock as they were the closest to match existing.
