Project Overview
This Woodville Renovation project, involved an extension to the existing property. We are engaged to renovate and extend the 50 years old home, which had previous Makeover work, construction was to proceed while the clients were residing. Hence services were essential to function at all times.
Extension
Large family room.
A Large family room was build overlooking the dutiful garden. As usual ensuring the new build complemented the existing style.
Dining Room
This room is an extension to the home.
Kitchen
Designed by owners, this space is both stylish and functional. Cupboards main material is melamine with timber doors stain finished to enhance the timber. Soft closing hinges where fitted to drawers and doors, and topped with a stone bench top.
Incorporated into the design is a freestanding gas cooker, dishwasher and microwave alcove. The cabinetry was beautifully complemented with a glass splash back and a Baltic pine floor.
Massive commercial aluminium sliding glass door was installed in the family room, overlooking the beautiful well landscaped rear garden, which we were really careful not to damage during construction.
