This home was built in 1990, that was about the time I completed all my supervision courses, and officially got my Builders & supervisors license.
And so before I got to sell my services to the public I decided that a needed to build my first home on my on the property.
I engaged a surveyor and subdivided the block to be what we call hammer head, the result speaks for itself with this stunning new home
